Tenants Rights Organisation Woonplus
Schiedam, our city in motion
For tenants, by tenants. HOW works every day for your interests as a Woonplus tenant in Schiedam.
HELLO Schiedammer!
We work for you
Did you know that HOW works every day with passion for your interests as a Woonplus tenant? We dedicate ourselves to ensuring that everyone in Schiedam can live well, affordably and with pleasure.
Official representative:
HOW Schiedam is the official representative of Woonplus Schiedam. This means we have specific rights to actually influence Woonplus policy.
High-level cooperation:
Our board regularly meets with Woonplus management. Our mission? Supporting Woonplus from your perspective as a tenant.
Collective interests first:
At HOW we focus on collective interests. Your voice counts.
01
Affordable housing
Affordability is a Right, not a Luxury! We believe everyone has the right to an affordable home with excellent value for money.
02
Liveable neighbourhoods
We work for neighbourhoods where safety, greenery and community spirit are central. Where children can play freely and elderly people live safely.
03
Inclusive city
Imagine a city where every tenant feels valued, heard and supported. That is exactly what HOW Schiedam stands for!
